It was a pleasure working with SLATS. They were extremely easy to work with. I placed my order and it was shipped and delivered very quickly. I was very impressed with the packaging to protect the panels.
I ordered several of the wall panels and installed them in 15 minutes. Unfortunately two of them arrived damaged despite the efforts the company made to keep them from being damaged…the carrier must have dropped them. I contacted the company with attached photos and they immediately sent replacements and allowed me to keep the damaged panels which I thought was more then generous as I was able to cut away some of the damaged areas and repurpose in smaller areas. I will definitely purchase again as they look awesome adding a touch of contemporary elegance to our room.
We had ordered a 83 in LG oled G4 and wanted a nice feature/ accent wall to go with the tv. I was torn on a few items but went with this product. I was a little bummed out it came damaged (the ends) but they took care of me! If I need more slats, this is the company I will definitely be ordering from!!! 10/10

Quality is just so so, wood looked cheap. And this is at least an 1/8” thicker than other companies, also not as sturdy either. Will not be ordering

We were very pleased with the product we received to use on our fireplace. It was just like the sample we had received. Only suggestion is to increase the length to eliminate so much cutting for higher ceilings.
