When it ships

In-stock orders ship the next business day. Delivery usually takes 1–6 business days depending on your location. We ship every panel from Southern California, so West Coast orders usually arrive sooner and East Coast orders toward the end of that range. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

How it ships

Most orders ship UPS Ground. Larger orders and long panels ship by freight (LTL), and the carrier calls you within 24 hours to schedule a delivery window. Freight orders of long panels ship together and can’t be split into separate deliveries.

Pre-orders

Items on pre-order show an estimated ship date before you buy. The date can move as stock arrives, and we’ll keep you updated. Your boxes are reserved as soon as you order. See how pre-orders work, where they’re marked and how to cancel on our Cancellations & pre-orders page.

We ship within the United States only.

If something arrives damaged

Email hello@slats.co with your order number and photos of the panels, the box and its labels. We’ll take it from there.
