Who qualifies for the trade program?
The program is open to interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, property stagers, and other professionals who regularly specify or install wall panels for client projects. We review each application individually.
How does trade pricing work?
Trade pricing is a tiered discount that applies automatically once you're signed in — no quotes, no codes, no waiting. It deepens as your order grows, and tall panels (106″, 118″, 141.6″) and our 94.5″ panels are counted separately, so each reaches its own tier on its own. We share the full schedule with you on approval, and you'll see it applied in your cart.
Do I need a business license or tax ID to apply?
We don't require a formal business license to apply. We review each application based on your professional background and project needs. A website or portfolio helps us understand your work, but isn't required.
How long does it take to get approved?
Typically 1–2 business days. Vutha reads every application himself. You'll hear back either with your pricing and ordering details, or with a few questions about the project.
Can I get samples for my clients?
Yes. Every sample kit is 40% off for approved trade partners — it comes off automatically in the cart once you're signed in, with no code to enter. Order as many as your projects need.
