Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take a bit longer, from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you offer samples?
We definitely do and recommend ordering samples before you make a purchase. Best of all, you'll get a purchase credit towards your first wood slat purchase!
Are the panels rated for outdoor use?
The biggest enemy to any wood product is water and the Sun. Because our slats are made of natural Oak and Walnut woods, our wood slat acoustic panels are designed for indoor use only.
Are the wood slats fire proof?
Our panels are made with felt-backing material that is fire rated, however the wood slats that sits on top of the felt backing are not fire rated.
Are the wood slat acoustic panels water proof?
Our panels are not water proof and are subject to mold if not installed properly. We recommend avoiding areas that have a high chance of water contact, and for an extra layer of protection to apply a water-resistant finish.
Are the panels easy to install?
Our wood slat acoustic panels are extremely easy to install and is renter friendly. We recommend black screws or general construction adhesive if you wish to not put holes in your walls. Each panel only weighs about 15 lbs, making it very easy to hold in place.
Is maintenance or general up-keep required?
Our wood slats are very low maintenance and does not require any up-keep. Because our slats are made with very stable MDF material, there's no expansion or contraction of our woods making it extremely low maintenance. We do recommend adding your favorite water-resistant finish.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Unfortunately we only offer one size, however, our slat panels can be cut to size using either a track saw or circular saw. If you only need to size the panels vertically, then all you need is a razor blade to cut through the felt backing.
