Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow at least 24 hours excluding weekends to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way! Products on pre-order will be marked as such and will include an estimated shipping date. Please note that the ship date is an estimate and is subject to change. As we get closer to the ship window, we will keep you informed on a more precise time frame.

 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

We offer free shipping to the Contiguous U.S. States for all products excluding sample kits. Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to most Countries, supported countries will be listed on Checkout. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Slats.co, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For additional details, see our returns policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
